[1] FREE Shipping
a) 1-3 items:
For quantity 1-3 items, we are using SINGPOST AM Mail.
Unlike the normal postage, this service reaches you within 2 days to your letterbox.

b) For Bundle Packs:
We are using courier service delivery right to your doorstep with tracking numbers.

c) Orders going to Malaysia:
We are using the normal registered post via Singpost to your doorstep.
However, do note that we will not be responsible in the event you are absent
from your house. The mail will be automatically sent to the nearest Postal Centre.
We will provide you with the tracking number so you can see where your parcel is.

[2] Pre-Order Tees
a) What are preorders?
They are specially printed on demand. As each tee is only printed on request,
we are not held responsible for any mismatch on size.

b) Sizing in cm:

c) How long do they take?
Usually preorders takes about 4-8 days. But we will try to expedite all deliveries.

d) Delivery
Once the tees are done, we will send it out via Singpost AM Mail.
For bulk orders, we will send it via a trackable courier service like
Buddy Post, TaQBin, etc

e) Are they returnable?
Due to the high cost for production, we do not accept returns but
do email us teesaurusproject@gmail.com and we will see how we can help you.

[3] Office Buddy Bundle Packs
a) Can we mix them when we purchase the 5 for $70 / 10 for $120 bundle?
Yes you can. Just state it under the comments section.

b) Can we request for wrappers as we are gifting it?
Yes you can. Just state it under the comments section, Wrappers needed.
Please also highlight so we can take out the invoice in it.

c) My Office Buddy seems to be spoilt / wrong / printing error?
In the event your Office Buddy printing is wrong or there are defects, please
contact us immediately at teesaurusproject@gmail.com or call Lawrens at 93654149.
Do take a snapshot and we will replace it FOC for you inclusive of delivery.
